Calgary Airport Overview (YYC)
Calgary Airport is an International Airport and is located at a distance of 17Km from the Northeastern side of Calgary Downtown. It handles more than 15,000,000 passengers annually and is the fourth busiest Airport in Canada. WestJet Airlines have their headquarters situated at YYC Airport while it also serves as an important hub for Air Canada and Air Canada Express Airlines. A major expansion project, better known as International Facilities Project (IFP) had been going at this airport for the last several years and is scheduled to open towards the end of 2016.
